If the delivery plan cannot be safely executed in the opinion of the delivery contractor, Carry-In, Hook-Up, and Appliance Removal services will cease. Purchaser is responsible for providing floor and/or wall protection if desired, and agrees to hold delivery contractors harmless of any damages to home, belongings, persons, or pets. Examples of common problems include: small stairway landings, inaccurate measurements, immobile vehicles too close to entry way, deteriorating porch decking, tapered halls, narrow entryways, storm door hardware, settled foundations near doorways, snow/ice, furniture, etc. Refurbished refrigerators and freezers shall not be plugged in for 24 hours after placement.
